Bec is a seasoned feedlot professional, having worked within the industry for over 13 years. Having managed some of Queensland’s major feedlots, Bec brings a wealth of practical knowledge in animal husbandry, welfare, commodity and livestock purchasing, logistics and day-to-day feedlot management. Passionate about training and mentoring, Bec thrives on sharing her expertise to inspire and motivate people across the industry. As Product Services Manager, Bec draws on her extensive feedlot management background and hands-on industry experience to lead our Product Services team while continuing to provide valuable guidance, training and support to Livestock Junction users in the field.

Our History
Livestock Junction, formerly known as Possum Gully, was originally created by Richard Conibear of Possum Gully Software Pty Ltd. With a background in Information Technology, Richard transitioned to a career as a grazier, managing a cattle and sheep property near a major feedlot in Northern New South Wales.
In the late 1980s, the feedlot approached Richard seeking software to enhance their operational efficiency. Initially the system was designed to track cattle history and drug administrations, but later expanded to include feeding operations and daily pen feeding calculations.
Over time, these early innovations have evolved into what’s now known as Livestock Junction – a comprehensive yet simple-to-use livestock management platform that streamlines operations, improves efficiency and supports the success of your livestock operation, no matter how big or small.
