Livestock Junction Cloud prices starting from $220 per month. Prices are in addition to the Livestock Junction subscription fee and are based on the number of concurrent devices licenced. A concurrent device is any device actively logged into Livestock Junction Cloud at the same time. A once off cloud setup fee is also applicable to Livestock Junction Cloud instances.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are subscriptions priced?
Subscription prices are determined by the type of subscription selected and the number of licensed head required. Licensed head is the number of head the system will allow before the archiving routine needs to be run. The archiving routine moves processed and sold livestock records to the archive database, leaving space for new livestock records to be entered into the main database. Archived records are read only and still accessible for reporting at anytime.
How are subscriptions charged? Am I locked into a contract?
You can choose to pay your Livestock Junction subscription either monthly or annually (pay annually to receive a discount). Monthly subscriptions are invoiced 1 month in advance. Annual subscriptions are invoiced 1 month prior to your software renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at anytime however refunds will not be issued for any amounts paid in advance.
Can I change my subscription?
Subscriptions can be changed at anytime. Subscription change requests must be emailed by the account holder to support@livestockjunction.com.au. Subscription upgrades will be invoiced for the current month or year on a prorated basis. Subscription downgrades will be reflected on the next immediate invoice however no refunds are issued for subscription downgrades.
Are there any other additional costs in addition to my subscription?
Your monthly or annual subscription gives you use of the software, access to ongoing software updates and unlimited product support. There is a once off account establishment fee payable on setup which covers the cost of generating your licence key. This account establishment fee is only applicable for new or reactivating accounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by bank transfer, direct debit or with a valid credit or debit card.
What devices can I use Livestock Junction on?
Livestock Junction is compatible with Windows operating systems, supported on Windows 7 and above.
