All sales of Livestock Junction subscriptions, products, and services are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused services, or any reason outside of the specific conditions outlined below.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions: Once purchased, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time as outlined below.
  • Add-On Products and Services: All add-ons, including additional services, customisations, and enhancements, are non-refundable.
  • Advance Payments: Any payments made in advance are non-refundable.

Subscription Upgrades

You may choose to upgrade your subscription at any time. If your subscription is upgraded, the difference in fees will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the subscription period.

Subscription Downgrades

You may choose to downgrade your subscription at any time. If your subscription is downgraded, you will still have access to the services and features included in the original subscription until the end of the current billing period, and the change in fees will take effect in the next billing period.

Cancellations

Subscription cancellation requests are to be made in writing no less than 35 days prior to the subscription renewal period and by the account holder. Any fees paid and payment obligations are non-cancellable, and any amounts paid in advance are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same service or product, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the software as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
