This week, the Livestock Junction team gathered in Brisbane for a two-day product planning workshop.
The team took a deep dive into every aspect of the software, refining workflows, rethinking user interface design, simplifying key processes and exploring new ideas for the product roadmap and emerging technologies. The workshop provided an opportunity to step back, challenge assumptions and strategically map out what’s next. Exciting developments are certainly on the horizon for Livestock Junction.
It wasn’t all business. The team also managed to escape an escape room (just in time) and wrapped up the day with a shared dinner over Korean BBQ. It was a great opportunity to connect as a team.
